Montania Food LLC Return Policy

At Montania Food LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality freeze-dried fruits. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

**Returns:**
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

**Process:**
1. Contact our customer service team at montaniafood@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all items, and include your order number.
3. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

**Refunds:**
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

**Exchanges:**
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

**Damaged or Incorrect Items:**
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
